Wah~ So long since I updated my blog.
How did I do my diet?
Simple, just enjoy your meals but never forget to exercise and do anything that is sweating. However, if you want to avoid eating rice or any heavy foods, you can just eat biscuits or oat. Remember to jog and do sit up or dancing. For me dancing is the best thing to do. You can shape your body or you can easily sweat. It is like joging. For me I can dance all day long. I still remember the time when I was at college, my friends tired already but me still continued with the dancing until the guard came and kicked us out from the class. Damn you! The next morning, my body was like being beaten then at night I continued with the dancing. Haha. For the first time, I was so shy and I did it like an idiot. Dancing like I couldn't dance. Haha. Then lama-lama tu terbiasa but when they asked me to dance alone, seriously I can't! Haha. Okay stop with the nonsense. Diet means Did I Eat That. Bahaha.. Okay, tips on how to shape your body. Do belly dancing. :p
How to take care your face?
Ask the professional. Haha. How about you tell me how to get rid of these scars on my face..
What you often do on your free time?
Do some reading, thinking of something, uploading unnecessary thing, karaoke. dancing and memorize the steps. Oh! cutting papers and glue it on my scrapbook. Ngee~
What you want to do?
- I want to reach my hands from back to my legs.
